The selected candidate will manage surveillance systems, network troubleshooting, and system support tasks to ensure operational efficiency. From CCTV administration to email configurations and IT support, you will play a vital role in maintaining seamless digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain NVR systems and CCTV camera setups

• Conduct periodic maintenance and health checks on surveillance systems

• Manage, store, and retrieve CCTV footage in compliance with data protection regulations

• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software issues

• Ensure consistent availability of user data, Outlook email systems, and business-critical applications

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and essential software

• Keep accurate IT documentation and manage daily support logs

• Provide assistance in maintaining POS systems and ticketing software

• Perform regular IT tasks such as system backups, virus scans, and updates

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or related IT discipline

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, surveillance, and network management

• Proficiency in Cisco basics and understanding of network topologies

• Diploma or certification in Networking (preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues proactively
