Description:

Biafo Industries Limited is seeking a proficient IT Executive (Odoo ERP) to join their Islamabad-based team on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Odoo ERP systems, focusing on system support, implementation, user management, and continuous enhancement of ERP functionality.

This role involves providing daily functional support to users across various departments, troubleshooting ERP issues, managing user roles and permissions, and ensuring data integrity within the ERP system. You will also assist in testing and deploying new Odoo modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to optimizing ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing functional support and guidance to Odoo ERP users throughout the organization.

• Troubleshoot ERP-related problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Assist with testing, deploying, and rolling out new Odoo ERP modules and features.

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain system security and compliance.

• Ensure accuracy of data, regular system backups, and monitor system performance.

• Work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for ERP process improvements and functional enhancements.

• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, XML, and Git is considered an advantage.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of practical experience working with Odoo ERP systems.

• Good understanding of ERP workflows, IT infrastructure, and systems integration.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.
