Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
✅Install, set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
✅Troubleshoot system and application problems quickly and effectively
✅Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
✅Record issues and solutions, and maintain support logs
✅Assist with IT inventory and asset tracking

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or diploma in IT
- 1-2 year experience in desktop support or help desk roles
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and common office applications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or ITIL practices

Budget: 50-60k
