It Business Analyst

Description:

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong pre-sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will gather and document client requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into actionable specifications for the development team while supporting the pre-sales process with proposals and client communications.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and pain points.
• Prepare requirement documents (BRD, SRS, user stories, workflows).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure correct implementation.
• Assist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client presentations.
• Support testing and validate deliverables against requirements.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software company.
• Mandatory pre-sales experience in software services/projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar is a plus.
