As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a vital link between the business stakeholders and the development teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, translated into technical specifications, and implemented successfully. Your role will involve gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development of innovative IT systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze the organization’s business needs, opportunities, and challenges.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

• Liaise with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.

• Support end-to-end project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and documentation to solution design and deployment.

• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and suggest innovative solutions.

• Assist in system testing and validation to ensure that project outcomes align with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, ideally within the IT or software development sector.

• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and clients.
