NOWPDP is looking for a skilled and proactive Associate IT to support and manage IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage LAN/WAN, networking systems, firewalls, and connectivity
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure (MikroTik, VLANs, load balancing)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and IP telephony issues
- Monitor servers, backups, and disaster recovery systems
- Manage Active Directory, user access, and cybersecurity practices
- Oversee CCTV, biometric, and IT asset management
- Coordinate with vendors and support multi-location IT operations

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Google Workspace and multi-location setups preferred
CCNA or relevant certification is a plus
