Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start or grow your IT career? We’re looking for an IT Assistant to support our daily technology operations and help our team stay productive!

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (fresh graduates welcome!)
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
✅ Basic understanding of Windows/MacOS, networking, and system installations
✅ Familiarity with Office 365 and common productivity tools
✅ Ability to set up user accounts, emails, and device configurations
✅ Good communication skills with a customer service mindset
✅ Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team

🎓 Education:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
