As an iOS Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and motivating a cross-functional team of developers. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the development of iOS applications while leveraging your expertise in Android development as well. Ensuring high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code across both platforms will be a key focus.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team

Requirements:

Android Background is Mandatory

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an iOS Lead with a strong background in Android development.

- Demonstrated success in leading and managing development teams.

- Proficient in Scrum/Agile methodologies and able to implement best practices.

- Solid understanding of processes to maintain high-quality deliverables.

- Excellent communication skills with a track record of successful offshore client interactions.
