Description:
Project Sale by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospective clients.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and network building.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Successfully meet and exceed the sales target.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to the prospective clients.
• Resolve customer issues on as and when needed basis, in coordination with management if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing.
• 2-3 Years of Real Estate Industry.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good time management skills.
