Robust Support & Solutions is currently hiring an Inventory Hard Count Specialist for our Karachi office.

📍 Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
🕒 Job timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)
📅 Schedule: 6 days a week

Role Overview

The Hard Count Specialist will be responsible for conducting virtual and physical inventory audits of mobile phones and accessories across designated store locations. The role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with records in the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inventory audits across assigned store locations.

Perform hard counts of mobile devices and accessories.

Reconcile physical inventory with POS system records.

Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory variances.

Maintain accurate audit reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including: VLOOKUP & XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS & COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting & INDEX-MATCH

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working onsite in a night shift environment.
