Inventory Analyst

Description:

Role Description

• Conduct regular physical stock counts of petroleum products at the terminal.

• Reconcile physical quantities with system records and report any variances.

• Support inventory audits, stock verification, and documentation of product movements.

• Identify and analyze inventory losses and prepare variance reports.

• Coordinate with terminal operations and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures and HSE standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock audit, or reconciliation within an Oil & Gas Terminal or petroleum storage facility.

• Sound understanding of inventory losses in oil & gas products and related control measures.
