Responsibilities:

- Engaging customers through chat to deliver information about academic products.

- Timely support. (Actively and effectively addressing customers concerns and issues)

- Organising Sales Sheet.

- Organising Leads sheet.

- Making effective relations with customers.

- Making Sales Cycles/Referrals and Rebuttals.

- Delivering orders timely.

- Quick cooperation with Product department.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Fresh Graduates.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Must be fluent in the English Language)

- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.

- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thing outside the box.
