GJR Technologies is looking for an experienced International Technical Recruiter to join our team in Lahore.

📍 Location: DHA Phase 7, Lahore
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🌴 Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
• Source and headhunt technical professionals through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Review, screen, and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical suitability.
• Negotiate candidate rates and contract terms.
• Complete pre-submission formalities, including verification, documentation, availability, and rate confirmation.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate status updates after submission.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming technical requirements.
• Support other recruitment activities as required.

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in International Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
