International Sales Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated International Sales Team lead (US) for our B2B E-commerce Platform to coordinate with our sales teams, ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support the management. The sales lead responsibilities includes maintaining our sales performance, training staff, and monitoring inventory.

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

· Training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.

· Setting goals and objectives for each team member and providing regular feedback to help them improve performance

· Coaching team members on effective sales techniques and methods for increasing revenue

· Assisting with the selling of our store's products and services and assisting to maximize sales.

· Maintaining positive customer relations.

· Developing strategies to improve sales performance through ongoing training and development

Requirements:

· Experience:Atleast 2 years of proven experience as a sales teamlead.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Must be fluent in English speaking skills.

· Strong leadership abilities.

· Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
