International Sales Representative

Description:

Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative (Design Sales – Front & Upsell). The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven sales experience in the web, design, and development sector, with the ability to handle international clients, upsell solutions, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Generate and convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, etc.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote company services and acquire new clients.
• Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of front-end sales experience in the design/web/development sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and team leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
