International Sales Representative

TML Global Japan is seeking highly motivated and experienced International Sales Representatives to expand its global auto trading business, focusing on Japanese used cars. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a trusted name in the automotive export industry and to grow professionally within a dynamic, high-paced international environment.

As a Sales Representative, your core responsibility will be to engage with international clients, understand their vehicle needs, and provide optimal solutions from our inventory of Japanese used cars. You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing strong customer relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have a solid background in automotive sales, particularly with Japanese vehicle exports. A proactive attitude, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Japanese used vehicles to a wide range of international clients

• Maintain and grow client relationships through prompt and professional service

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and markets

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery processes

Requirements:

• Demonstrated sales experience in the automotive industry (experience with Japanese used cars preferred)

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple leads and work efficiently in a high-pressure sales environment

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
