Looking for International Sales Executive

Job Timings :

Night Shift : (10pm to 7am)

Location : Gulshan, Karachi

The key responsibilities are :

• Strong command on English language.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media for sales.

• Strong communication skills using email, instant messenger, social platforms.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
