• RESPONSIBILITY:
• Handle inbound and outbound international inquiries related to ISO tank movements and shipping
• Study shipment requirements, including commodity, tank type, route, and timeline
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain rates, availability, and operational feasibility
• Prepare professional quotations and commercial offers for overseas clients
• Communicate shipment terms, such as free days, detention, and positioning, clearly to customers
• Track ongoing negotiations and update clients on pricing or availability changes
• Support clients throughout the booking process until confirmation
• Share market insights and customer feedback with management
• Maintain structured records of quotations, confirmed bookings, and active clients
• Work towards assigned sales objectives through consistent client engagement
