What you’ll do (quick)
• Run outbound B2B campaigns to US companies
• Qualify leads, demo value, negotiate and close deals
• Manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and hit weekly/monthly targets
• Join daily huddles, coaching and performance reviews
You’re a fit if
• 1+ year in international B2B sales / outbound BPO
• Strong English (C1+), confident closer with proven quota hits
• Comfortable with on-site night shift and KPI-driven culture
