ProTechs Solution is expanding its international outreach and is actively seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven International Sales Executives to join its high-performing team in Karachi. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization working on global sales campaigns.

We’re looking for professionals who are passionate about communication, have a flair for persuasion, and are capable of generating leads and closing deals through cold calling in a competitive international market.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to international prospects across various regions.

  • Identify customer needs and present tailored product/service offerings.

  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team-based sales KPIs.

  • Build lasting customer relationships and promote positive brand engagement.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to develop effective outreach strategies.


✅ Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills, preferably with a neutral or near-native accent.

  • Minimum 6 months of international cold calling experience in sales or lead generation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.

  • A proactive, energetic, and confident personality with a strong sales mindset.

  • Excellent time management and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

  • O/A Level students with the right skills and enthusiasm are highly encouraged to apply.


🕒 Working Hours:

  • Shift: Night (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

  • Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Job Type: Full-Time, In-House (On-Site)
