Kobe Motor Company, a fast-paced and globally expanding automotive trading enterprise, is looking to hire a multilingual and driven International Sales Executive to join its Karachi-based team. This role is ideal for professionals who are looking to elevate their careers in international business and sales within the automotive industry.

As an International Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s global growth by managing international client accounts, facilitating vehicle sourcing, and executing end-to-end export operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential buyers, maintaining strong client relationships across borders, and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure seamless deliveries.

We are especially interested in candidates who have prior exposure to the automotive or trading sectors, along with hands-on experience in export documentation, shipping procedures, and global market engagement. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and cultural adaptability skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with international buyers and suppliers to promote and sell automotive products

  • Manage client communications and nurture long-term international business relationships

  • Coordinate vehicle sourcing, pricing, logistics, and delivery timelines

  • Handle international trade procedures, including documentation, shipping, and regulatory compliance

  • Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on global sales opportunities

  • Communicate fluently in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are highly desirable

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth post-sales process

  • Represent Kobe Motor Company in a professional and culturally respectful manner in all global dealings

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in international sales, preferably in automotive or trading domains

  • Strong fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage

  • Knowledge of vehicle sourcing, logistics, and export processes is highly preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural work environment
