Eximus Education, a UK-based award-winning social enterprise, is seeking an International Sales Executive to join their team. As a key player in driving sales and managing customer satisfaction, you will engage with clients in the UK, helping match students with the right tutors and ensuring they receive high-quality academic support. This hybrid role offers flexibility while requiring you to build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Close new leads and match students with tutors.
Engage with UK clients via calls and video conferences.
Address customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Understand student needs and offer personalized tutoring solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explore new sales channels to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
O & A-Level education required.
Experience in B2B/B2C customer service, ideally with UK clients.
Strong relationship-building and customer retention skills.
Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in education or call center settings preferred.
