International Sales Executive

LN Technologies, a U.S.-based Enterprise App Development company headquartered in Houston, TX, is looking for a highly motivated International Sales Executive to join its growing sales and business development team in Karachi. This role is designed for professionals with 3–4+ years of experience in software industry sales, especially in custom enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you will lead client interactions, develop tailored proposals, and work closely with internal technical teams to provide impactful digital solutions. You'll manage the full sales cycle — from requirement gathering and pitching to proposal presentation and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development activities for enterprise software and cloud solutions.

• Gather client requirements and write custom proposals with accurate effort estimations.

• Present tailored software solutions that match client needs and boost transaction success.

• Handle all stages of the sales transaction — pitch, proposal, quotation, and contract.

• Conduct effective presentations to win new clients and grow the company's digital presence.

• Collaborate with internal development teams to align solutions with client expectations.

• Use SalesForce CRM to manage leads, prospects, and client data.

• Perform outreach to potential prospects and partners; schedule and conduct meetings.

• Support the sales manager with research, reporting, and miscellaneous assigned tasks.

• Participate in sales calls, observe experienced team members, and continuously upskill.

• Ability to handle pressure, uncertainty, and rejection positively

• Solid understanding of software sales cycles and business knowledge

• Sales CRM proficiency (SalesForce preferred)
