Description:
Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative (Design Sales – Front & Upsell). The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven sales experience in the web, design, and development sector, with the ability to handle international clients, upsell solutions, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Generate and convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, etc.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote company services and acquire new clients.
- Build long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Manage sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service with strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of front-end sales experience in the design/web/development sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and team leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
