International Recruitment Specialist

Description:

We're looking for an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to join our team through CG Innovatech, a Lahore-based BPO and business support company. You’ll be supporting Clean and Green Services in hiring top talent for international (mainly UK-based) roles.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates for global openings
• Conduct interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment
• Coordinate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs
• Use ATS tools and innovative sourcing methods.

🔹 Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ATS and international hiring practices
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
