Key Responsibilities
 

  • Establish and expand our international recruitment portfolio within the organization.
  • Invest 50% of your time in fulfilling client requirements until a dedicated team is formed.
  • Make proactive cold calls to facilitate placements until a dedicated team is in place.
  • Secure retainer agreements with clients for recruitment services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external recruiters to source top-tier candidates.
  • Engage closely with clients to understand and address their recruitment needs effectively.
  • Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely fee collection as deals progress.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, replicating successful business models and assigning sectors to team members.
     

Minimum Requirements
 

  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to loyalty.
  • Office presence for a minimum of 4 days per week.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international recruitment.
  • Access to your own LinkedIn Recruiter account.
