🔹 What you’ll do

• Source, screen, and connect top candidates with our clients
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → interview coordination → offer stage)
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

🔹 What we’re looking for

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency/in-house)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
