Manage end-to-end international BPO operations and service delivery
Lead chat and email support teams to meet and exceed SLAs & KPIs
Drive continuous performance improvement and team development
Ensure compliance with operational processes and client standards

Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple teams in a high-pressure BPO environment
Solid understanding of international customer support operations
