Description:

We are looking for Business Development Executives / B2B Sales Merchandisers who can professionally deal with clients, generate new leads, and bring international buyers for our surgical and medical device range.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and convert international B2B clients.
Build strong relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, and clinics.
Pitch and present our Surgical, Dental & Medical Devices to global buyers.
Manage outreach through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, B2B Portals, and Online Platforms.
Conduct follow-ups and close deals confidently.
Maintain client records, CRM, and sales database.
Coordinate with production and export teams for smooth order processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with high commissions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business, Marketing, International Relations).
1–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (Surgical industry experience is a plus).
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to handle international clients professionally.
Knowledge of surgical, medical, dental, and beauty instruments is an advantage.
Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and professional.
