International Business Marketing & Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced International Business Marketing & Sales Executive to drive our global sales and marketing initiatives in the IT and engineering product segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets, B2B sales, and the technical aspects of IT and engineering solutions.

 

This role involves identifying and developing business opportunities abroad, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and expanding our global distribution channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new international markets for IT and engineering products.
  • Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close high-value B2B deals.
  • Build and manage relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international customers.

 

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute international marketing strategies and digital campaigns.
  • Promote company products through trade shows, exhibitions, and online channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Develop localized marketing content tailored to different regions and buyer personas.

 

Operations & Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage client satisfaction across all stages of the sales cycle.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international B2B sales and marketing (preferably in IT and/or engineering products).
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Proven ability to open and grow markets in regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Asia, or Europe.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
