Tower Tech is seeking a results-driven International Business Development Executive to grow our international client base. The role focuses on Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation. Experience with the RJ Model, working with international shift timings, and having a technical background will be a strong advantage.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience with IT companies serving international clients
- Expertise in bidding, lead generation, client communication, and deal closing
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and outbound email tools
- Ability to nurture leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
