This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to contribute to financial integrity, process improvement, and compliance within a leading healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-audit checks of expense claims and payment requests to ensure accuracy and policy compliance

• Evaluate internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures to detect inefficiencies or non-compliance

• Support in developing audit reports and maintaining organized documentation

• Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations to strengthen internal processes

• Ensure adherence to financial and operational protocols across departments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolving audit findings and enhancing process efficiencies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Up to 1 year of relevant work experience is acceptable

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of audit tools or ERP systems is a plus
