Internal Audit Officer

Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for carrying out the audit of monthly payroll.
Responsible for carrying out the audit of admin and society maintenance related expenses.
Responsible for carrying out the audit of following processes related to plot file:
a. File transfer
b. Possession
C. Agreement to Sell
d. Files cancellation and refund working
Carry out the audit of variation charges, rebate working and any other charges verification assigned by the Manger
Audit /HOD.
Coordinate and communicate with other Departments on any issue or findings.
Assist in coordinating assignments with the Manager Audit /HOD.
Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Manager Audit.
Assist in preparing internal Audit Reports that includes findings in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in recommending improvements to system and controls based on observations and best practices.
Identify and assess areas of significant business risks.
Any other assignment as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ACCA/ACMA (Part qualified). M.Com or Equivalent
 2-3 Years of relevant internal Audit Experience.
Analytical Thinking and attention to details.
 Ability to work effectively on you own and as part of team.
