Intern - Scrum Master

Responsibilities And Impact:

As an intern you will be part of our Solution Delivery team which is a key enabler for the business’s success. The team aims to continuously optimize and innovate solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experience and support the overall growth and agility of S&P Global. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in the implementation and management of Salesforce related projects.
• Assist in facilitating scrum ceremonies.
• Interact with Product Owners and assist in backlog refinements.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating user story documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Help in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Basic Required Qualifications:
 

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
   

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Prior internship or work experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (i.e., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
