Essential Functions:
- Assist the team with different tasks around implementation needs for various ERP projects
- Assist with documentation as required as it relates to understanding client's requirements and ensuring the delivery of quality solutions
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for client solutions
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, and scheduling skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to master new applications and technologies quickly
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- A self-motivated learner who can prioritize multiple pending/ urgent tasks, demonstrating initiative as needed
- An organized, analytical, and detail-oriented person who can work well under pressure
- Someone with a positive attitude who can work in a team, independently, or lead a team when necessary
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours to complete urgent tasks, as needed
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge/Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365, Azure DevOps testing, and other QA tools is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel (both domestically and internationally) as needed
