Intern – Corporate Sales

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Corporate Sales team as an Intern. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of high-impact projects while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Efficiently use the Customer Account Management Application, Pipedrive, and Sales Funnel Application to handle service requests and keep the database updated.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Project Management, Finance, Pre-Sales, Sales, Customers, etc.) based on various business requirements.
  • Maintain and present sales reports and analytics as needed by the management.
  • Proactively conduct customer surveys to ensure consistent service availability.
  • Regularly track performance metrics and trends to maintain accurate sales data.

  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
