La Montée Beauté is a growing skincare brand focused on thoughtful formulation, strong brand identity, and meaningful storytelling. As a start-up, we believe in building from the ground up and giving young talent real exposure to how brands are created, managed, and scaled in the beauty industry. A part of every revenue generated from our products goes toward funding treatments for palliative care patients, allowing us to make a positive impact while building our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in building and maintaining brand identity and communication.
- Support social media planning, posting, and engagement.
- Create visual content including graphics, videos, photography, and UGC.
- Assist with PR outreach, content writing, and communication materials.
- Support recruitment, coordination, and basic HR documentation.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, and brand growth.
- Work closely with the founder on real-time projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative, curious, and proactive individuals with a strong interest in branding, media, or people operations.
- Gen Z candidates, students, fresh graduates or career-switchers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Basic skills relevant to the applied role (design, editing, content creation, communication, HR support, etc.)
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and experiment with ideas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
