What You’ll Learn & Do:

Master AWS Tools: Get hands-on with CloudWatch, AppDynamics, and other monitoring tools.

Alert Management: Monitor and respond to system alerts in real-time.

Infrastructure Support: Help ensure uptime and reliability, gaining experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.

Temenos System Support: Support and monitor Temenos-based systems for top-notch performance and compliance.
