Required qualifications and Characteristics:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in interior design or a related field
3+ years of interior design experience
Strong Proficiency in Sketchup, and Revit will be a plus as Architex is a BIM environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications. Experience with one or more industry-standard FF&E specification platforms preferred.
