Description:

IEC is seeking skilled and passionate instructors to deliver high-impact online sessions for its 5-month tech training program. Instructors will play a key role in guiding students through technical concepts, supporting their learning journey, and helping them build industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 2 live tech sessions per week via Google Meet (2 hours each).
• Design engaging lesson plans based on IEC’s curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Simplify complex technical topics using examples, demonstrations, and interactive techniques.
• Provide 1 hour/week of student support, spread across the week, to respond to queries and offer mentorship (through WhatsApp, email, or calls).
• Track student participation and progress; flag concerns to the L&D team lead when needed.
• Coordinate with IEC's L&D & Placement teams to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field (e.g., UX Design, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing and Front-End Web Development).
• Experience in teaching, training, or mentorship (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with delivering sessions and communicating online.
• Access to a stable internet connection and a laptop/PC.
