We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Solutions Instructional Designer, reporting to the Solutions and Segment Lead, to spearhead the development of a cohesive instructional design framework for our global Product Training initiatives. This role is essential in creating engaging and effective learning experiences that align with our organization’s strategic objectives. As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will collaborate with sales, product teams, and senior leadership to identify training needs, design tailored instructional solutions, and ensure that our training programs enhance performance while addressing the diverse requirements of various business units. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in our learning initiatives, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Instructional Design Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive instructional design strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic vision, enabling product and sales teams to achieve exceptional performance and business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment: Engage with senior leadership across sales, product, and other critical functions to ensure that instructional design initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Training Needs Assessment & Customization: Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning gaps, utilizing business insights to create customized instructional solutions that address both immediate challenges and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Standardization & Framework Development: Design and roll out consistent instructional design frameworks and standardized certification processes across all business units, fostering a cohesive and scalable approach to global product training.
  • Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs through data analysis and participant feedback, making necessary adjustments to ensure a measurable impact on learning outcomes and overall business performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence decisions and promote a collaborative environment for the development and execution of instructional design initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in instructional design, particularly in product training and sales enablement, with a focus on driving measurable business results.
  • Proven project management capabilities, with a history of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful instructional design initiatives on a global scale.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and unify diverse teams around common goals.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive training needs assessments and crafting tailored, strategic learning solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices, with the ability to develop scalable and effective learning experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data and performance metrics to assess and enhance instructional design programs for continuous improvement.
