Key responsibilities & duties

• Monitor sand maintain computer systems and networks and identify downtime and performance related issues proactively.

• Provide technical support to RapidCompute customers (Managed services and Standard Services) as well as Group companies in shift timings through ticketing system, telephonic (UAN/EXT) and chat applications. Test all changes to networks, software, and hosted applications.

• Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports for managed services customers.

• Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects.

• Manage Linux and Windows Server platforms with accompanying applications and databases.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot different types of applications for managing services customers.

• Proactively monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for managed services customer.
