Information Technology Support Engineer

Description:

Minimum BS degree in CS/IT, engineering or a related subject.

2. 1 – 2 years experience

3. Configure and setup of network services Squid, DNS, DHCP, VPN etc.

4. Resolve complaints related to IT equipment with minimum TAT

5. Configuration and support of internal and external email services.

6. Coordination with Vendors for hardware repairing and purchases

7. Proactive Maintenance of IT Assets

8. Physical verification of assets

9. Responsible of local office network setup and troubleshooting
