Throne Solutions is looking for an experienced IT Managed Services Recruiter to join our remote team in Pakistan. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding IT engineers and technical resources for global managed services and field service requirements.

The ideal candidate should already have access to a strong global database/network of engineers, especially across IT infrastructure, deskside support, network support, smart hands, field services, and data center support.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT engineers and technical professionals for global requirements

• Use existing databases, networks, and sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates quickly

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of field engineers and managed services resources

• Coordinate with internal teams on project requirements, urgent requests, and ongoing hiring needs

• Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, location coverage, and responsiveness

• Maintain organized recruiter records and resource databases

• Support onboarding and deployment coordination for selected engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in IT Managed Services or field services

• Strong existing global database/network of engineers

• Experience hiring for roles such as field engineer, deskside support engineer, network engineer, smart hands engineer, server/storage engineer, and end-user support

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Experience working on fast turnaround technical requirements is preferred
