Description:

This is a temporary, on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter located in Sacramento, CA. The selected individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will utilize a mix of technical recruiting methods and platforms to identify the best-fit candidates for various IT roles, ensuring timely and successful placements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand and identify technical skillsets
• Experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes within technical and IT-related sectors
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
