EVO Network is expanding and we are looking for a skilled Global IT Recruiter who has hands-on experience recruiting technical professionals across USA, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Recruit IT professionals including Field Engineers, Network Engineers, Data Center Technicians, and IT Support Specialists
• Build and maintain a strong global talent pipeline across EMEA, APAC, and USA
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and global job platforms
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience hiring for international markets (USA / Europe / Asia)
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting tools
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
