Information Technology Manager

💼 Responsibilities:

* Manage overall IT infrastructure and network operations

* Troubleshoot hardware, software & system issues

* Ensure data security and system backups

* Monitor servers, internet, biometric & CCTV systems

* Provide technical support to all departments

* Handle system upgrades, installations & maintenance

* Coordinate with vendors and manage IT inventory

✅ Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field

* Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience

* Strong knowledge of networking, systems & troubleshooting

* Good leadership and communication skills

* Experience in IT/BPO environment is a plus
