Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily network administration and system performance maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth IT operations

• Support network security initiatives and maintain best practices in data protection

• Provide excellent customer service and tech support to internal teams

• Collaborate with IT professionals to optimize system performance and document solutions

Job Requirements:

Qualification:

• Final year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Skill Set:

• Familiarity with Network Administration and Security

• Understanding of system engineering principles

• Experience with troubleshooting and general IT practices

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
