Information Technology Coordinator

Description:

We are urgently looking for a highly skilled IT Coordinator to join our team at The Benchmark School. The ideal candidate should be an expert in networking, hardware, and system infrastructure, capable of managing and maintaining the IT operations across all our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the school-wide IT infrastructure (networks, servers, firewalls, switches, and ISPs).
• Handle CCTV setup and maintenance, printer and hardware troubleshooting, and network security.
• Implement and monitor load balancing, failover, and port forwarding policies.
• Lead and support the IT team in daily operations and task management.
• Continuously work on upgrading and optimizing the school’s IT systems.
