Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).

Configure and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, VLANs, NAT, VPNs, firewall rules.

Manage and configure Cisco switches (VLANs, trunking, port configuration).

Deploy and manage UniFi & Aruba Access Points.

Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments.

Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP.

Manage and maintain File Servers and user access permissions.

Perform Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Provide on-site and remote IT support to users.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.

Assist in infrastructure documentation and reporting.

Coordinate with vendors and ISPs when required.

Support CCTV/NVR systems (preferred).

Assist in managing junior technicians or IT helpers (if required).
